How to build Whatsapp Chatbot Flow in 5 minutes with No Code using Drag Drop Builder?

Step 1 : Go yo Getgabs Dashboard and Navigate to “ChatBot Builder”

Step 2 : Click on Click on the Blue button that says “Create New ChatBot Flow”

Step 3 : Now, you will see a drag and drop chat builder. Click on “Add Response” and Give a Name to your ChatBot Flow.

Step 4 : Click on Edit Button of the Added Response Box and Choose the message type from one of the below :

a) Quick Reply Button – You can enter three quick reply buttons that users can click to send you the exact text mentioned in the button

b) CTA URL Button

c) Text – These are simple text replies you can send users

d) File – You can add image, video, audio, pdf or any kind of document. Max Size 5 MB.

e) Interactive List – Use List to provide users with multiple options to choose from. Lists are super effective, especially if you want to list multiple options for the user.

f) Location

g) Template – You can also set the Chatbot to trigger a template message on a particular keyword or Quickreply Button the user sends.

h) Whatsapp Form – to be added soon

Use this to send messages along with an image with any type of message by selecting Image as a Header.

Step 5 : Click on “Publish” button to make your ChatBot Flow “Live“.

Step 6 : Don’t forget to connect the flow with any of the Keyword as a Trigger. Go to Auto Reply and Click on “Add” and Connect the ChatBot Dialogue Flow.

Finally, Your ChatBot Flow is ready to engage with your customer. Now, relax and let ChatBot work for you.
