All intellectual property rights in the GetGabs platform, including software, trademarks, logos, and content, are owned by or licensed to GetGabs. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.
You retain ownership of data and content you upload or process using GetGabs. You grant GetGabs a limited license to process such content solely to provide the Services. GetGabs does not claim ownership of your business data or Google API data.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, applicable laws, or platform policies. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetGabs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GetGabs from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective when posted with an updated date as “1 Jan 2026”.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
