We are a Meta Technology Partner and provide services that integrate with WhatsApp Business APIs, Google services, and other third-party platforms. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you use our website, platform, and services (collectively, the “Services”).

When you connect your Google account, we may access data from:

  • Google Sheets (spreadsheets you explicitly authorize)
  • Google Calendar (calendars and events you explicitly authorize)

This access may include reading, creating, updating, or deleting spreadsheet data or calendar events, strictly based on your configuration and consent.

1.3 Usage & Technical Data

  • Logs and diagnostic data for performance, analytics, and security

2. Google Sign-In

If you choose to sign in using Google:

  • We receive basic profile information such as your name and email address
  • Google credentials are used solely for authentication and account access
  • We do not access your Google account data beyond what you explicitly authorize

  • Authenticate users via Google Sign-In
  • Enable AI-driven WhatsApp automation and workflows

  • Provide customer support and respond to inquiries
  • Comply with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations

4. Google API Data Usage & Automation

Google Sheets API

Used for automation such as:

  • Reading spreadsheet data
  • Writing or updating rows and cells
  • Syncing data for reporting, workflows, or integrations

Google Calendar API

Used for automation such as:

  • Creating and managing calendar events
  • Updating schedules and reminders
  • Syncing events with WhatsApp notifications or workflows

Access is strictly limited to the scopes you approve.

5. Limited Use of Google User Data

GetGabs’ use of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We confirm that Google user data is:

  • Used only to provide or improve user-facing features
  • Not used for advertising or marketing purposes
  • Not sold, rented, or shared with data brokers
  • Not accessed beyond the approved scopes
  • Retained only as long as required for authorized functionality

6. WhatsApp & Meta Platform Data

As a Meta Technology Partner, GetGabs processes WhatsApp Business data solely to provide automation services requested by businesses. We do not access personal WhatsApp messages outside the scope of authorized APIs and customer configurations.

7. Data Sharing

We may share information only:

  • With trusted service providers who support platform operations
  • When required by law or legal process
  • To protect rights, security, or prevent fraud

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data.

8. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational safeguards, including:

  • Encryption of data in transit and at rest
  • Role-based access controls
  • Secure infrastructure and continuous monitoring
  • Regular internal security reviews

Despite these measures, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal information and Google API data only for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, and enforce agreements.

Account Deletion and Inactivity Policy

User-Initiated Deletion: Users may request permanent deletion of their account and associated data at any time. Upon such request, we permanently delete account information from our active systems, except where retention is required by law.

Inactive Accounts: If a user account remains inactive for a continuous period of 6 months, we may send a warning or notification to the registered email address.

Permanent Deletion After Inactivity: If the account remains inactive for 12 months, the account and associated data will be permanently deleted.

Users may revoke Google account access at any time through their Google Account settings.

10. Your Rights and Choices

Subject to applicable laws, you may:

  • Access, update, or delete your personal information
  • Withdraw consent for Google API access
  • Request data portability or processing restrictions
