Understanding Message Undeliverable or #131026 Error when Broadcasting through WhatsApp Business API using GetGabs

We see, in campaign list few recipient numbers are showing as Failed and showing some errors. Sometimes, Whatsapp Business message does not get delivered. DON”T WORRY, let us understand the common errors like message undeliverable when running a broadcasting messages campaign through WhatsApp Business API. Message undeliverable or (#131026) Message undeliverable

    This error may occur due to one of these below reasons –

    1. The recipient phone number is not a WhatsApp phone number
    2. Recipient Phone Number has blocked your business. To fix it , confirm that your WhatsApp business phone number is not in their list of blocked numbers (Settings > Privacy > Blocked or Blocked contacts)
    3. Recipient has not accepted WhatsApp’s new Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. To Fix this, Confirm that your customer has accepted WhatsApp’s latest Terms of Service (Settings > Help, or Settings > Application information will prompt them to accept the latest terms/policies if they haven’t done so already)
    4. Recipient using an old WhatsApp version; must use the following WhatsApp version or greater, to Fix it, user need to upgrade the version:
      • Android: 2.21.15.15
      • iOS: 2.21.170.4
      • Web: 2.2132.6

    Error Code 131042: Business eligibility payment issue

    Generally, such error shows up due to below reasons :

    1. it occurs because Payment account is not attached to a WhatsApp Business Account or having some trouble with card or bank to clear the due amount. To Fix, go to Getgabs Dashboard and Click on Display Limit or directly go to Meta>Whatsapp Account>Payment to clear the payment method or due amount issue.
    2. Sometime, it occurs due to address issue under payment method.
    3. Exceeded conversation free tier threshold without a valid payment method. To Fix this, Add Payment Method under billing section.

    Error Code 132015: Template is Paused

    Template is paused due to low quality so it cannot be sent in a template message. To Fix, need to wait till template quality get improved or create a new improved version of template message.

    Error Code 132016: Template is Disabled

    This happen when, the template was repeatedly paused due to low quality. To Fix, create a new template.

    Error Code 133004 : Server Temporarily Unavailable

    Meta or WhatsApp Server is temporarily unavailable. Check the WhatsApp Business Platform Status page to see API status information and check the response details value before trying again.

    Error Code 133006 : Phone number re-verification needed

    Phone number needs to be verified before registering. To Fix, reverify phone number.
