1. About GetGabs

GetGabs (“GetGabs”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is an AI-based WhatsApp automation platform designed to help businesses automate communication, workflows, and integrations. GetGabs is an Official Meta Partner and integrates with WhatsApp Business APIs, Google services, and other third-party platforms.

2. Eligibility

You must have the legal authority to enter into binding contracts to use the Services. By using GetGabs, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We recommend you enable two-factor authentication to keep your account secure.

4. Use of Services

You agree to use GetGabs only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies, including Meta and Google platform policies. You shall not:

  • Use the Services for spam, harassment, or fraudulent activities
  • Violate WhatsApp, Meta, or Google API terms
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
  • Reverse engineer, copy, or misuse the platform

5. Google & Third-Party Integrations

GetGabs allows you to connect third-party services such as Google Calendar, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp Business APIs. By enabling these integrations:

  • You authorize GetGabs to access and process data as permitted by your settings
  • You acknowledge that third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies
  • You may revoke access at any time via your account or third-party provider settings

GetGabs’ use of Google data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy and Limited Use requirements.

6. Data Privacy

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data and Google API data.

7. Subscription, Fees & Payments

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the GetGabs platform, including software, trademarks, logos, and content, are owned by or licensed to GetGabs. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

9. User Content

You retain ownership of data and content you upload or process using GetGabs. You grant GetGabs a limited license to process such content solely to provide the Services. GetGabs does not claim ownership of your business data or Google API data.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, applicable laws, or platform policies. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

11. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetGabs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GetGabs from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective when posted with an updated date as “1 Jan 2026”.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
