How to Setup Product Catalog & Collections on Whatsapp Business API

Step 1: Prerequisites
Before you begin, ensure you have:

• A WhatsApp Business API account (approved by Meta).
• A verified business on Meta Business Manager.
• Access to Commerce Manager to manage catalogs.
• Proper integration support — either via your provider or direct setup.

Step 2 : Setup Facebook Catalog and Collection

1. Go to Facebook Commerce https://business.facebook.com/commerce
2. Click on Add Product to start creating catalog
3. Once all the products are added, click on connect with Whatsapp account.

Step 3 : Provide catalog access to Getgabs Whatsapp Business API

Step 4 : Now, you will see a cart button on your Whatsapp Business API number

Step 5 : Check the product list on Getgabs

Step 6 : Once you get any confirmed order by your customer, check out on your Getgabs panel.
