How to Send a Newsletter on WhatsApp?

A WhatsApp newsletter is a message you can send to many people at once to share updates, news, or promotions about your brand, service, or product. It works just like an email newsletter but feels more personal and direct, making it a great alternative or addition to your regular email campaigns.

Now, you have a subscriber list, and you also have different segments of the contact list on your GetGabs account. Below are the steps to send a WhatsApp newsletter to the subscriber :

Step 1: Create a template message to promote your business, sending updates or a new offer. It should be designed in a very interactive way and provide value to the readers. To create a template, go to Create Template

Select the Type of Message

Step 2:  Go to Broadcast > Create Campaign section from the left side panel and choose the Subscriber List as a Target Customer and Template Message to Publish.

Step 3: Great! The WhatsApp newsletter has been published to all your subscribers. You can view reports (Checkout, read, delivered, and action report) under the Campaign List.
