How to Permanently Delete Your WhatsApp Account

You can delete your account from within WhatsApp.
Deleting your account is irreversible. We can’t reverse this even if you delete it by accident.

To delete your account on Android :

• Open WhatsApp.
• Tap More optionsmore options > Settings > Account > Delete my account.
• Enter your phone number in full international format and tap Delete account..
• Select a reason for why you’re deleting your account in the dropdown.
• Tap Delete account.

To delete your account on IPhone/IOS:

• Open WhatsApp.
• Go to Settings > Account > Delete My Account.
• Enter your phone number in full international format (Example : 918000522662 )and tap Delete My Account.
