Get leads flowing from your Facebook Lead Ads into GetGabs, then have GetGabs automatically reply to the customer and notify your team.
Before You Start, Make Sure You Have
- A Facebook ad account connected to GetGabs, with at least one
- Lead Ad (an ad with an Instant Form) already running or set up on a
Page you manage. - At least one WhatsApp template already approved for the reply you
want to send — e.g., “Thanks for your interest, {{1}}! We’ll call you
shortly.” (see the Message Templates article if you need to create
one). - A connected WhatsApp Business number — Auto Triggers need one
before they can be configured.
Follow Simple Steps:
1. Connect Your Facebook Page
Go to Facebook Leads → Settings. Under Facebook Pages, click
Refresh Pages if the Page you want isn’t listed yet, then click Connect
on it.

COMMON MISTAKE – A Page showing up in the list doesn’t mean it’s sending you leads yet — it still needs to be individually connected. If a Page shows “No token,” Connect is disabled until you refresh Pages again.
2. Set Your Business Voice
Still in Settings, fill in Business voice & context — your business name, tone, and current offer. This is what the AI uses to draft every follow-up message, so be specific: “We are Acme Furniture in Jaipur. Tone: warm, professional. Offer: free design consultation.”

3. Open Auto Triggers
Go to Facebook Leads → Auto Triggers and pick the platform tab matching where your leads come from (e.g., Facebook).

4. Set up “Reply to lead”
Switch on the Reply to lead card, pick your approved template, and map each variable to a lead field — for “Thanks for your interest, {{1}}!” you’d map {{1}} to First name.

5. Set Up “Notify team”
Switch on Notify team, pick its own template, and turn on Notify admin (you) so you always hear about a new lead. Add specific managers or sub-users under Always notify if others should always be told too.

Click Save Facebook (or whichever platform you configured) once both cards look right.
6. Confirm It Saved
Back on Auto Triggers, that platform’s tab now shows an On badge if either card is active.

What Happens Next
- The next real lead on that platform automatically gets the client reply, and your chosen team members get notified.
- Every send — success or failure — is recorded on that lead’s detail page under Message send history.
- Need to change the wording later? Update Business Context in Settings and use Reprocess on individual leads to regenerate their drafts.
Testing It End-to-End
Confirm the whole pipeline works before you rely on it for real customers.
1. Open The Test environment
Go to Facebook Leads → Test. Pick the Page you connected, then pick one of its lead forms.

2. Create a Test Lead
Optionally fill in the form’s questions with test values, or leave them blank for Facebook’s dummy data, then click Create Test Lead.

3. Check The Leads List
Go back to Facebook Leads — your test lead should appear within a few seconds, processed and quality-scored the same way as a real one would be, so you can confirm your Auto Trigger actually fired.
DON’T FORGET – Only one test lead can exist per form at a time — delete it from the Test page before creating another.
